    'tertium non data' lamentably is utterly wrong (as I learned in my old latin lessons once upon a time:))
    correctly it must be run as following: 'tertium non datUM', because 'tertium' is neutrum, not femininum! (but in plural it would be: tertiA non data'... so, it's to you to decide:))
    and it does NOT mean: a third, new thing out of two old ones, but: a third (thing) is NOT permitted/possible/existing... and not in alchemic esoterism, but it's a philosophical term of aristotelian logic!
